Answer Unless otherwise discussed payment is due at the time of cleaning. Payment should be given directly to Lindsey or left in an enclosed envelope on the kitchen counter labeled "Beach Cities Maid". If you are setup for automatic credit card payments then your card will be ran the day of your cleaning.
Answer The majority of our customers do not leave tips. You can if you want too though, it's always appreciated!
Answer We guarantee satisfaction! If you are ever unhappy with a cleaning you should contact us within 24 hours and we will come back out and clean the area your not happy with, no charge
Answer Not a problem! We understand that everybody is different, one thing that might really bother you may not bother someone else. If you ever feel like we are not spending enough time in a specific area just mention it to me and I'll do my best to make sure that area is cleaned to perfection!
Answer We understand that there are times when you may need to cancel a cleaning or perhaps move a cleaning to another day. All we ask is that you give us at least 48 hours notice.
Answer Yes, we can come before, after or both. Just try and talk to me about it sooner than later, the sooner I know the better chance I have of fitting you in.
Answer Absolutely! The more often we come in a single month the lower your per cleaning cost will be. The reason for this is that we can better keep up on your cleaning and the cleanings wont take us as long to do. Not only that but we can spend more time in areas that really need it. The end result will be an even cleaner home!
